Prezzo & Fire Foods to Attempt Worlds Hottest Pizza Record
Woody from Fire Foods has been working with national pizza restaurant chain Prezzo to develop what may well be the Worlds Hottest Pizza, Woody is already famous for his Infinity Chilli which held the record for the Worlds Hottest Chilli at 1,176,182 SHU.
The new Pizza will be launched on the 28th July at the Prezzo Haymarket Resturant (Kinghouse, 8-10 Haymarket, London, SW1Y 4BP).
Very little is know about this new Pizza in a resent interview Woody would not divulge if they had been using his Infinity Chilli in the recipe, but we know he has some of the hottest ingredients available including Fire Sticks his Super HOT Chilli Salami.
While there seems to be no official Guinness Book of Records record for the Worlds Hottest Pizza, a few business have claimed to have made one, it the not to distant past Vittorio Lettieri chef at Bella Italia made the Pizza Calabria based on the Njuda sausage from the Calabria region of southern Italy.
