Trinidad Scorpion Butch T Seedlings

Trinidad Scorpion Butch T Seedlings

A few weeks ago we ordered some seed for the Trinidad Scorpion Butch T from Neil at The Hippy Seed Co. inĀ Australia, about 10 days ago we put some of them into our Greenhouse Sensation Vitopod Propagator we used Westland SureStart Seed and Cutting Compost and set the temperature to 21C.

We kept the compost moist and a couple of days ago they started to appear, we now have 3 of the 10 showing, but it is still early days, in the past I have had to wait 15-20 days for first signs of life.

If you would like a chance to grow your own possibly world record breaking chillies, well you are in luck, we have a pack of 10 seeds from Neil to give away to one luck reader just follow this link and you can enter our prize draw.

Hi Dave,

I will be looking forward to seeing how these progress. Please keep us updated. For faster germination for c.Chinense varieties, 28c is the optimum temperature. You may see a big difference in germination time.
